The prices shown are inclusive of cleaning, electricity, use of garage, heating, broadband access (please pay for voice telephone usage) and local (tourist) taxes. Bed linen and towels are available for hire at £12 per person, for stays of one or two weeks. Please pay for other telephone usage.

The apartment will be available from 4 pm on the Saturday at the beginning of each let. Clients should leave the apartment by 10am on the final day of their stay. A non-returnable deposit of £30 will secure a booking, on the basis of first come, first served.

In addition to the rental charge, there is a deposit of £50 against damage to the furniture and fittings, payable with the balance no later than four weeks before occupancy. This is separate to the general deposit of £30 against the booking. The damage deposit will be refunded shortly after the let subject to a report from my Swiss agent.
